Cancellation Policy

Bookings

At HER on Oxford, we want you to know that your booking is flexible. To protect your time and ours, we take a 30% deposit (based on your quoted service pricing) which is refundable or transferable to another date up to 48 hours before your booking.

Appointment Punctuality

We schedule all appointments specifically to the services being performed. We try our best to accomodate small setbacks however we cannot accomodate any late arrivals. Lateness over 15 minutes past the confirmed appointment time may cause us to have to reconsider the service type that’s been booked. In certain circumstances we may be able to accomodate some of the service however the original service cost will still apply.

Our Deposit System

Like any small business, we sometimes suffer unexpected setbacks. The biggest of which being no-shows and cancellations. We understand that emergencies happen or that sometimes, time just isn’t on our side. For this reason our booking system like many others within the industry requires a small deposit (30% of service fee) to lock-in your visit with us. This is kept on file and comes off your service total at the time of checkout.

Cancelling / Rescheduling

We kindly ask you let us know 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Deposits can be refunded or transferred to your next booking if cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior. Cancellations one day prior to your appointment will incur a charge equal to 30% of your booked services fee (as stipulated in our Bookings T’s and C’s). Same-day cancellations will be charged at the full amount of the cancelled services.

No Shows

We endeavour to remind you 3 days prior to your appointment with an SMS asking for you to confirm. If we don't hear a confirmation back from you we will attempt to contact you with the details provided to confirm your booking 48 hours prior. Should we not hear from you, we will re-attempt 24 hours prior and if we cannot confirm your appointment it may be subject to being cancelled and offered to our waiting list. Any no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost as we are unable to utilise this time at last minute for another booking..

Change of Services

We can completely understand a change of heart when it comes to the day of your appointment. However, as we have allocated specific timings for each client, we need 24 hours notice for any drastic service changes. Any changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged in full.
