I'm new! What do I need to prepare for my appointment?

How exciting! To ensure we have the correct services and timings booked for you, we would love for you to send us some current photos of your hair and what you are wanting to achieve during your journey with us!

I'm unsure on what services to book?

We completely understand - it can be confusing! Reach out to our salon host, Shari and she will be able to advise on what services will suit you best!

Where can I park?

There are a few options for parking depending on the duration of your visit with us: 1 hour - Street parking on either Oxford St or in and around Mt Hawthorn. 2-3 hours - The Mezz, 148 Scarborough Beach Rd Mt Hawthorn WA 6016

Do I need to confirm my booking? 

Yes please! We send out a booking reminder 48 hours before your appointment for you to confirm. Without confirmation of your booking, we may need to offer your appointment to our waitlist and any cancellations inside of 48 hours will be subject to a 30% fee. If you confirm your appointment but do not arrive (no-show) then the full amount of the appointment is charged to the method of payment on-file in our booking system (as per our booking T's and C's).

I can't find you! Where is the salon? 

We are at the intersection of Oxford Street and Scarborough Beach Road. We have the cutest pink door, you can't miss it!

I don't know what I want. Can I book a consult? 

Absolutely! We highly recommend booking a consultation if you are wanting to discuss options on what we feel will suit you and your lifestyle best. Consultations are $50 which is then deducted from your future booking with us. You won't regret it!

How long will my service take?

We hate to say it but, all great things take time. We will always try and predict how long your visit will be with us however, there may be instances where we may need a little extra time to get that dream hair for you. Ask your stylist for updates throughout your visits on how you are tracking - it's super interesting too!

Is a trim the same cost as a haircut?

Yes - all haircut lengths cost the same. We do have a restyle/thick hair option if you feel you may need some extra time for your appointment.

Can I have a haircut without a blowdry? 

Unfortunately to guarantee the best results for a long lasting haircut, we need to cut the hair wet and dry. A blowdry is complimentary with all haircuts too!

What should I wear?

You will wear a protective cape during your visit with us as a saftey measure and we always do our best to avoid any spills/leaks. However it always best to be on the safe side and not wear anything valuable or too bulky, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to clothing or personal items.

I need to cancel my booking! What should I do?

We totally understand! Any cancellations up-to 48 hours before your appointment we can happily reschedule for you and carry-over your deposit to the new appointment time. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% charge (as stipulated in our Bookings T’s and C’s). If you confirm your appointment but do not arrive (no-show) then the full amount of the appointment is charged to the method of payment on-file in our booking system (as per our booking T's and C's).
